UPSC has announced the examination calendar for the year 2022. Union Public Service Commission has issued a calendar on their official website the calendar consists the dates on which examinations organized by UPSC are commencing. Candidates who are waiting to fill out forms for different examinations can now check the dates and wait for the official notification before they can fill out the examination forms.
In this calendar UPSC has issued the dates of examinations like Civil Services preliminary examination, Civil Services Main Examination, Engineering Services examination, Combined Geo Scientists examination, NDA examination and Indian Forest Service Examination. Candidates who are willing to fill out these examination forms can check all the required information in this article.
UPSC Civil Services Examination (Preliminary) 2021
In the calendar issued by UPSC the examination for civil services preliminary (Prelims) will take place on 05/06/2022. Notification for these examinations will be issued by UPSC on their official website on 02-02-2022 and examination forms can be filled out till 22-02-2022. Candidates can fill out their examination forms and save their registration number and user ID, Password to download their admit cards. The results will be announced in August.
Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2022
Civil Services main examination is going to take place on 24/09/2022. Candidates who made it to the cut off list in the prelims can appear in the mains examination.
Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2022 & Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) Examination, 2022.
The examination for Engineering Services (Preliminary) and Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) will take place on 20-02-2022 the official notification for the commencement of the application process will be 22-09-2021 and last date for the application process is 12-10-2021.
Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination, 2022 will take place on 25-06-2022 and Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2022 will be taking place on 26-06-2022.
NDA & NA Examination
The National Defense Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Exam I will be held on April 10, 2022, while the NDA and NA Exam 2 will be held on September 4, 2022.
Other Examination
- The combined Medical Services test will take place on the 17th of July, 2022
- Indian Forest Service (Main) examination will be held on the 20th of November, 2022.
- CISF AC (CISF Accreditation Commission) (EXE) The LDCE-2022 test will be conducted on the 13th of March, 2022.
- The IES/ISS test will be taken on the 24th of June.
- The S.O./Steno (GD-B/GD-I) LDCE examination will be conducted on the 10th of December.
How to Apply Online for UPSC IAS 2022 Exam?
The IAS Application Form 2021 will be filled from 02-02-2022 to 22-02-22. The candidates are advised to gather their documents before beginning the registration process of IAS 2022. Steps to be followed to fill the form are given below:
Step 1 – Registration
- Visit the official website of UPSC (upsc.gov.in).
- Go to the Tab ‘UPSC Civil Services Examination 2021’ under the Active Examinations section on the homepage.
- Enter your personal details as required such as Personal, Educational, Parental, and Employment details.
- Keep saving each module after filling in the details. there are total six modules
- You can make changes before the final submission. No changes would be possible after the final submission, hence fill IAS 2021 Application Form very carefully
- Some of the columns would be auto-filled with details fetched from your registration form.
- In case of any error you can make a special request in front of the commission
- after submitting all the information you will be redirected to payments page
- you can make online payments through UPI , Net Banking , Debit Card or Credit Card
- For offline mode of payment candidates can pay through SBI bank Challan.
- Once your payment in done you can download and print your application form.
Application Fee
Application Fee for the examination is 100 rupees. Females, SC, ST, PWD, OBC applicants are exempted from any fees.
