The registration on the official website of RNC is very easy you just need to follow the following steps on the official website of Rajasthan Nursing Council:
- First, please visit the official website of RNC here, https://onlineportal.rncjaipur.org/Online/studentadmission
- After that you need to select the courses mentioned by then in the drop-down menu, which are the following:
- ANM
- GNM/BSC Nursing
- Once you select these courses you need to fill in the following details:
- Your full name
- Father Name
- Date of Birth
- Age
- Birth Place

- Aadhar Number

- Period of training (in years) and then select your period of training in DD/MM/YYYY format.
- After you complete the form you need to upload a few documents which are required to compete for the registration.
- The following documents are mandatory to upload for registration on the Rajasthan Nursing Council website:
- Secondary Mark sheet with a maximum size of 2 MB. (To change the size of your image you can use a website such as https://www.iloveimg.com/resize-image )
- Senior Secondary Mark Sheet with the maximum same size as 2 MB. ( you can also use adobe for it and its official website link is https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/resize )
- Mark sheet of ANM/GNM/BSC Nursing ( if you are choosing multiple mark sheets then you need to put all the mark sheets in the same file and the maximum size of that file should be 2 MB otherwise the application can get rejected by Rajasthan Nursing Council. )
- The original scan copy of the aadhaar card is mandatory with a file size up to 2 MB.
- After you complete all mentioned steps above you need to then upload your passport size photograph and its size should be up to 1 MB.
- Once you are done uploading your photograph then you will be shown an amount for the course you selected.
- We suggest you recheck the information you filled in before proceeding with the payment. Once you are done, you then need to make the payment by clicking on the “Pay Button ”.
- Once you complete the payment you will get the e-receipt for which you can take a printout for future purposes.
- Your registration is done and the application number will be generated then you can track your application online.

How to check registration status for Rajasthan Nursing Council?
- Step 1: First, please visit the official website to check the status of your registration. You can check it by following this link: https://onlineportal.rncjaipur.org/online/RegistrationStatus
- Step 2: Once you are on this page you need to then select the course which you selected at the time of registration. Among these the following courses will appear:
- ANM
- GNM/BSC Nursing
- B. B.Sc. Nursing
- MSC Nursing
- Step 3: Once you select the course you registered, then you need to put the registration number given to you at the time of registration.
- Step 4: After entering the number you need to click on the button of “Submit”.
- Step 5: This will allow you to find if your registration is successfully complete or your application is rejected.
How can I renew my registration on Rajasthan Nursing Council?
In case, the registration of your account on RNC has expired or you do not find the details of your registration anymore then you can simply renew your registration. It can be chargeable as per the fees structure of the Rajasthan Nursing Council.
- First, you need to go to the official website for the renewal. You can simply visit the official website for it by the following link: https://onlineportal.rncjaipur.org/online/Renew
- Once you are on this page you need to fill in the details by first selecting the course for which you need to renew the registration.
- You can select the option from the mentioned courses names as follows:
- ANM
- GNM/BSC Nursing
These courses are limited up to this time of 18th Feb 2022 as they are not allowing renewing for the other courses for this date. If the new options will be available you can see more courses.
- After that, you need to put your registration number which was given to you after you registered on Rajasthan Nursing Council.
- Once you do that you need to select the date you registered for this course, the date should be in the format of DD/MM/YYYY. For example, if you registered yourself first time on 1st Jan 2019 then put 01/01/2019.
- After that, you need to mention the date by which you need to renew your registration. This date should be in the format of DD/MM/YYYY.

What are the examination fees for Rajasthan Nursing Council?
The examination for each student of Rajasthan Nursing Council with different courses is as follows:
- 1st Exam Fees of the General Nursing and Midwifery course is 1,000 Rs which also includes the price of the mark sheet.
- Fees for the 2nd Exam of General Nursing and Midwifery course is 1,500 Rs which includes the cost of mark sheets.
- Fees for the 3rd exam of the General Nursing and Midwifery course is 1,000 Rs this includes the mark sheet costs.
- A fee for A.N.M or health workers is 1,000 Rs.
- The cost for promotional training of L.H.V. is 500 Rs.
- If someone wants to get a re-totaling of their exam sheet then it will cost 200 Rs.
- If someone wants to get a re-checking of their exam sheet so it will cost 200 Rs.
- If someone gets fails the exam and wants to reappear in the exam then it will cost 200 Rs.
Is the fees structure different for failed candidates in RNC?
The answer to this question is “Yes”. The failed candidates will be charged a little more rupees for few services from Rajasthan Nursing Council.
- A fee for issue of duplicate mark sheet for a failed candidate is 300 Rs.
- A fee to get duplicate registration for a failed candidate is 800 Rs.
For the issuance of getting duplicate certificates of diploma is 800 Rs.
What are the registration fees of courses in Rajasthan Nursing Council?
There are different prices decided by the Rajasthan Nursing Council for different courses at the time of registration of a candidate. All the fees structure mentioned by RNC official website till date is mentioned below:
- The registration fees for general nursing and midwifery is 2500 Rs.
- A fee for old syllabus of general nursing and midwifery is 1250 Rs as mentioned by official website.
- Registration for a female candidate for course ANM/Health Worker is 1,000 Rs.
- H.V registration fee for a candidate is 500 Rs in RNC.
- If you register for Ward administration and Management then it will cost 500 Rs.
- Registering for diploma in Nursing Education Administration costs 500 Rs on RNC.
What is the fees Structure for Rajasthan Nursing Council?
The Rajasthan Nursing Council has a minimal fees structure in comparison to private nursing councils. Rajasthan’s Chief Minister Mr. Ashok Gehlot has tried hard to make it as nominal as our government could.
