This is, after all, the job’s primary idea, but Fishing Clash requires a little more “engagement” from you. There are also other features that allow you to catch the rarest of fish. In any case, you’ll need some direction to improve your fishing skills, and that’s what this book will provide: The most useful Fishing Clash tips and tricks are listed below.
To Complete Daily Quests, Change Your Lure
Every day, you’ll be given a particular task to catch a specific sort of fish, and if you succeed, you’ll be rewarded with valuable card packs. However, in order to do so, you’ll need the appropriate lure: If you don’t, you might never catch the fish you’re hunting for. First, look over the daily mission to see what kind of fish is required.
Then select the appropriate lure. Your equipped lure is visible in the bottom right corner of the screen; click there to change it.
Don’t forget to claim your card pack when you’ve completed the daily task: This is the most common way to obtain new types of lures. Note that you may need to modify your rod to match the weight criteria – see our Fishing Clash review for more information on how to do so.
Also, upgrade your lures
If upgrading your rod does not allow you to fulfill the weight limit, there is another option: improving the lure. As long as you have enough gold, you can enhance every lure in the game. You’ll have a better chance of getting uncommon fish if you do it this way. So, if you want to catch a “famous” fish, increasing your rod isn’t enough: you’ll also need to update your bait.
New Hooks and Lures Are Available For Free
There are a several options for receiving free hooks and lures. Let’s begin with the “social” aspect: If you join a guild, you can ask guild members for new lures (and common packs). This is a great strategy to use if you’re seeking for a specific sort of lure and can’t seem to find it anyplace. Most of these guilds, however, will only take “pro” fishers, so start with the guilds with the lowest prestige points.
And all you have to do to obtain new hooks is win duels: With this approach, you can win up to three hooks per combat. Unfortunately, Fishing Clash’s matchmaking mechanism isn’t very good, so you’ll constantly getting matched with really high-level fishermen and lose the majority of your duels. Keep trying, and you’ll soon be a high-level fisherman as well.
Don't Forget To Make Your Bonuses Active
Fishing Clash offers a slew of benefits, but none of them are activated automatically. They appear “transparent” on your screen for whatever reason, and it is easy to miss them – especially if you are a rookie with no idea what to do. They’re in the upper right corner of the screen, and you have to click on them to activate them. Activating these benefits will offer you an advantage right away.
